Service Description

My role as the notary in an estate planning signing is to guide clients through the signing process and to help ensure the documents are executed correctly. I make sure the clients feel supported, but I can't prepare or explain the documents. That is what your estate planning professional does. I verify identity, ensure the signer is willing and aware, and follow proper procedure. I can't offer legal advice.
